How it works
- Tell us your idea. Describe the design, add the exact words to print, and upload a photo or sketch if you have one. Choose your colors, sizes and quantities, then pay at checkout.
- We design it. Within 48 hours you get a mockup by email showing your design on the shirt you picked.
- You approve it. Ask for changes if something isn’t right. Two revisions are included, and nothing is printed until you say yes.
- We print and ship. Your shirt is printed to order in 2 to 5 days, then delivered in 3 to 7 days, with free US shipping.

What we can’t print
To keep your order and our shop on the right side of the law, we can’t use brand names or logos, sports team marks, movie, TV or cartoon characters, celebrity names or photos, or anything hateful. If you upload an image, it must be yours or you must have the right to use it. If your request includes something we can’t print, we’ll contact you to change it or refund your order.
Good to know
- Timing: the first mockup arrives within 48 hours of your order. Replying quickly keeps your shirt on schedule. If you have an event date, add it to your request and we’ll tell you right away if it’s too tight.
- Delivery: we currently ship custom T-shirts to US addresses only.
- Refunds: you can cancel for a full refund until we send your first mockup. After that, the shirt price is refunded but the design fee is kept. Once you approve the mockup, your order goes into production and can’t be refunded. If your shirt arrives damaged or misprinted, we’ll replace it for free within 30 days. See our refund policy.
Custom T-shirt FAQ
How much does a custom T-shirt cost?
You pay the shirt price for your size, from $14.99 for XS and $19.99 for S to XL, plus a one-time $5 design fee. Shipping in the US is free.
Do I pay the design fee for every shirt?
No. The design fee is charged once per design, so ordering the same design on several shirts in different colors and sizes costs one fee.
Can I order different sizes for a group?
Yes. Add a line for each color and size in the order form, with the quantity you need. It works well for family reunions, teams and group trips.
How many changes can I ask for?
Two revisions are included after the first mockup. Nothing is printed until you approve the design.
How long does it take to get my shirt?
You receive the first mockup within 48 hours. After you approve it, printing takes 2 to 5 days and delivery takes 3 to 7 days.
Can you print my own logo or photo?
Yes, as long as the image is yours or you have the right to use it. Upload it in the order form in PNG, JPG, WEBP or PDF, up to 8 MB.
Can you print a brand or a cartoon character?
No. We do not print brand logos, sports team marks, copyrighted characters or celebrity images.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. Custom T-shirts ship to US addresses only.
