Wow SVG (wowsvg.com) is an online shop of digital craft designs: SVG cut files for Cricut, Silhouette and laser machines, and high-resolution PNG files for sublimation, DTF and print-on-demand. Most designs cost $2.50, and every purchase is an instant digital download. Can’t find your answer? Email support@wowsvg.com.
Buying and downloading
How do I buy a design on Wow SVG?
Open the design you want, click Add to Cart, then go to the cart and click Proceed to Checkout. Enter a valid email address, pay with PayPal or a credit card, and your download link appears right away. Step-by-step instructions with screenshots are on our how to buy and download page.
Where do I find my files after paying?
The download link appears on the order confirmation page as soon as the payment goes through, and the same link is emailed to you with the subject “Your WowSVG order is now complete”. If you created an account at checkout, all your past orders and downloads are also in My Account, under Downloads.
I didn’t receive the download email. What should I do?
Check your spam, junk, promotions and social folders, and the inbox of the email you used for checkout or for PayPal. Mark our email as “not spam” so future orders reach your inbox. If you still can’t find it, email support@wowsvg.com with your order number or the email you paid with and we will send your files.
Is anything shipped to me?
No. Every Wow SVG product is a digital file. Nothing is printed or shipped; you download the files and use them with your own machine, printer or print-on-demand service.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and all major credit and debit cards through a secure checkout.
Do I need an account to buy?
An account is not required, but we recommend creating one at checkout. It keeps every order and download link in one place, so you can download your files again later without searching your email.
Files and formats
What files are included with a design?
A standard Wow SVG design is a ZIP download containing SVG, PNG, EPS and DXF versions of the same artwork. Designs whose title ends in “PNG” are print-only: you get one high-resolution PNG (300 dpi, transparent background). Embroidery designs come as machine embroidery files such as DST and PES.
Which file should I use for my machine or software?
Use the SVG for Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio Designer Edition and most laser software. Use the DXF for the free Silhouette Studio Basic Edition, which can’t open SVG files. Use the PNG for sublimation, DTF, printable iron-on, stickers and print-on-demand, and the EPS for Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW or other vector editors.
What is the difference between SVG and PNG?
SVG is a vector file: it is made of paths, so it scales to any size without losing quality and a cutting machine can follow its lines. PNG is a pixel image: it is ideal for printing, but a cutter can’t cut it cleanly without tracing. Our PNG files are 300 dpi with a transparent background so they print sharply.
My download is a ZIP file. How do I open it?
Extract (unzip) the folder before uploading anything. On Windows, right-click the file and choose Extract All; on a Mac, double-click it. On iPhone or iPad, open it in the Files app and tap it once. Cricut Design Space and Silhouette Studio can’t read a file that is still inside a ZIP.
Can I resize the designs?
Yes. SVG, EPS and DXF files are vectors, so you can scale them to any size with no loss of quality. PNG files can be printed smaller without problems; for very large prints, choose a PNG design with enough detail or use the SVG version when one is included.
Using the files with Cricut and Silhouette
How do I upload an SVG to Cricut Design Space?
Unzip the download, open Design Space, start a new project, click Upload, then Upload Image, browse to the SVG file, and add it to the canvas. Our guide How to Upload SVG Files to Cricut Design Space covers desktop and the mobile app step by step.
Design Space says “Image too large”. What do I do?
Resize the design on the canvas until it fits your mat or material size; the warning disappears and the design keeps its quality because it is a vector. If the file is very detailed, you can also hide or delete small elements you don’t need.
Part of the design looks blank or missing. Is the file broken?
Usually not. Many designs include white elements, which are invisible on a white canvas or background. Change the background or canvas color to black or dark gray and the white parts will show. If something is still missing, email support@wowsvg.com and we will check the file.
Do the designs work with Silhouette?
Yes. Open the DXF file in Silhouette Studio Basic Edition, or the SVG file in Designer Edition and higher. DXF files open without colors, so you may need to fill them in Silhouette Studio before cutting.
Can I use the files with a laser cutter or Brother ScanNCut?
Yes. The SVG and DXF files import into common laser software such as LightBurn, Glowforge and xTool, and into Brother CanvasWorkspace for ScanNCut. Check that the line settings in your software match the operation you want (cut, score or engrave).
License and commercial use
Can I sell products made with Wow SVG designs?
Yes. You can use the designs for personal projects and for finished products you sell, such as shirts, mugs, tumblers, decals, signs and print-on-demand items.
What am I not allowed to do with the files?
You can’t resell, share, give away or redistribute the digital files themselves, in their original or a modified form, and you can’t upload them as standalone files to marketplaces or stock sites. You also can’t register our designs as your own logo or trademark.
Are designs with characters, brands or teams official merchandise?
No. Wow SVG is an independent shop and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the companies, teams or people some fan-inspired designs refer to. If you plan to sell products, check the rules of the platform you sell on for these themes.
Prices, free designs and custom requests
