The office Christmas party is the one day a year your whole team agrees on a dress code: something festive, a little funny and safe for HR. This guide collects real office Christmas shirt designs from the WOW SVG shop, from matching team shirts to coworker jokes, coffee humor and ugly sweater designs, plus tips to make a batch of shirts for the whole department in one evening.
Key takeaways
- Matching team shirts work best for group photos: pick one design and change the shirt color per department.
- Keep the jokes about work itself (emails, spreadsheets, PTO), not about a specific coworker.
- Designs cost $2.50 and include SVG, PNG, EPS and DXF formats. Designs sold as PNG are 300 dpi print files for sublimation and DTF.
- Commercial use of finished products is included, so you can also sell the shirts at a work craft fair.

How to Make Office Shirts for the Whole Team
- Count sizes first: send a quick form to the team and order blank shirts 10 days before the party.
- Heat transfer vinyl: best for one-color designs like Our Team Sleighs. Cut all copies on one mat, weed in a batch, then press.
- Sublimation or DTF: best for the colorful PNG designs and for polyester shirts. Print every transfer at once to save time.
- Sizing: about 10 to 11 inches wide for adult chests, 8 inches for youth sizes, 3 inches for a pocket print.
- Personalize it: add the company or department name under the design in Cricut Design Space.
